Why a flat fee and not pay-per-lead
Pay-per-lead sites sell the same homeowner to five contractors and charge each of them. Everyone loses: the homeowner gets five calls, four contractors pay for nothing, and the one who wins paid for the privilege. We cap every post at 3 pros and charge a flat fee, so the only thing you are paying for is the tool and a fair shot at real, visible work.
The public rate after the founding window will be $99 a month. Founding members keep $49 for as long as they stay.
